About Me

 

Hi, I’m Lauren Smith, founder of Task & Text Solutions. I help professionals and businesses stay organized, efficient, and focused by providing virtual administrative support and technical documentation services.


With over 10 years of administrative experience supporting executives in education, legal, financial, and medical environments, I provide reliable administrative support that lets clients focus on what matters most. In addition, I bring 7+ years of technical writing experience creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials, as well as experience in nonfiction book publishing as an editor, helping authors and organizations communicate clearly and professionally. 


I combine precision, organization, and attention to detail with a solutions-oriented approach, helping clients save time, reduce stress, and communicate clearly. Whether you need ongoing administrative support, a one-time project, or a complete documentation overhaul, I provide professional, dependable service tailored to your unique needs.


When I’m not supporting clients, I enjoy learning new productivity tools, exploring Philly’s historic neighborhoods with my three cats, and finding creative ways to make complex information simple.
